Shipping Policy

We proudly ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–9 business days.

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50
Flat Rate: $4.95 for orders under $50
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, no problem.

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange—as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and not a final sale item.

To start a return: Email us at thirtysomethingessentials@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (when applicable) and walk you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days once we receive your item.

We don’t charge restocking fees—but please note return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
